Sask. homeless out of sight

Sask. homeless out of sight. Historically shelters were the entry point to the west for New Canadians to aid them in learning the language, survival skills, and health care before placement on their free land. Many of our ancestors (mine included) came through the shelters–most notably J.S. Woodsworth’s in Winnipeg before settlement, 100 years later here we are…where did our Family of Humanity go so wrong?
